1 / 4 liter fish stock, 1 onion, 1 clove garlic,
2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil 1 / 2 tsp turmeric
1 egg, salt, lemon juice.
Onions and garlic, finely chop and gently fry in hot
oil, add turmeric powder and simmer on low heat
3-4 min. Beat egg, mix with the broth slowly,
stirring constantly, pour in the sauce until it thickens.
Season with salt and lemon juice.
